Building Bug?

I went to craft the "Synthesis Bench" and as normal it will be blue if able to be placed, red if not.
Well it was red and I cancelld out to move something around, but the red outline of the facility I was trying to build never went away.
Nothing I tried would get rid of it.
(Logging out, Unstuck, Moving my entire territory)
And even more so, the space I used to live which isnt far, just has this red version of the facility floating where I had wanted to place it at my old base, even though my base is in a whole new place now.

Anyone experienced anything like this?

Update: I teleported to my girlfriends base and then closed the game.
Launched back up, teleported to my base and things were fine.
Not sure which of the two things I did was the actual fix, but it ended up being fixed in the end, thankfully.
