I dont understand what the mayfly googles has as skill?

The Mayfly google support your 'Power Sugre' weapon, such as the 'Outer Space' which has a power surge, it just adds an additional hit but drops the overall damge by 30%.

Yes, it's the best for the purple SOCR and MPS7 - Outer Space. Still it may not be the best for the legendary shotgun since the gun can use 35% crit chance from the gas mask, hardly anybody use that shotgun and I don't have spare starchrome to try this tho.

gas mask with shotgun is great can even use it at range just from shock hit alone
