Is it possible to move your building INSIDE your territory?
Long story short, I rebuilt a new house inside my territory, infront of mine so I could easily move storage items between them when remodeling.

When I press Z, it just takes a snapshot of the territory and doens't centre, so my house stays in the corner of the territory and I now can't build defenses, because theres not build space there, (and the final foundation cant be built! :P

Now i've completed that, is there anyway to move my building to the centre of my territory? Or do I need to rebuild it again haha

you would have to rebuild it again , theres no current way to shift the entire position of buildings etc within your territory. only has the current 1 relocate piece at a time

That's what I thought :(

Ah well, at least I've got a good plan now :P

I recommend to save it as blueprint, bring it down and rebuild at desired location.

You didn't have to move stuff to another building, though. You obviously know about moving stuff around, because you did that, but why you moved stuff into another building baffles me. I just remodelled my base a couple of hours ago, changing the layout and making it take up all my territory space. I just moved stuff around to a section of the building I'd just built, finished the building and put things where I wanted them to go.

My base backs onto water. I want to make the base against the water, and then make a perimeter wall out front to give me protection and yard space basically

I had the same question. Thank you for posting this. My building is also on the beach. I need to turn it slightly after trial and error on learning how to be super efficient with the deviants and the planters. (All deviant boxes in a small area with all needs met, and nearly 20 planters in a small area being fed by 1 light and 1 sprinkler.) Sounds like I will have to attempt the save blueprint and rebuild at some time.
