Build new house

If I want to use one of the pre-made house models to build a new house (instead of moving the current one) in a new location, how do I do that? Looks like we can only have one territory so do I have to tear down my current house first? Then what about the stuff inside the current house?

Demolish it all, I move the chests onto a base placed in the corner.. You can hold everything and still move if you dont have the space, Wish there was an easier option, But yeah at the moment it seems like you need to completely demo everything

you can move your house easily ,
1- click B to open build .
2- click Z ( move territory ) wherever you want any at place .
3- put the house for free .
Note : you don't need carry any loots to place a house .
