Target Point Locked? (Meyer's Market)

I've been doing the missions around Meyer's Market and suddenly I can't teleport there. Here's a screenshot:

I've tried the "Unstuck" button to no avail. Anyone know what's going on?

You have to find the teleporter in the settlement, just figured this out lol

Oh, right. Now I recall doing that in the first town.. somehow I forgot about it in MM. Thank you! Let's go find it now.
