Reforge From Chrysalis Drop Today Did Not Change My Face

Made a really ugly character without knowing I couldn't change it without paying for it. The Chrysalis token drop today from the devs, while I really appreciate it, did not change my characters face. It changed the body, the hair, tatoos, etc. Just not the face, which is what I wanted changed the most.
I can't find a proper avenue for support to talk directly to someone so I'm asking for help here. Anyone else have this issue?

Yeah, I have the exact same issue, it changed everything except the face

Has anyone gotten a resolution from the devs about this? I have the same issue occur on 8/16

Yep, you're not the only one. I wish I could get refunded the token I used that did nothing so that later, when they fix this bug, I can try using it again.
