Modify radio stations songs?

Does anyone have any idea how to modify the radio music files?

Yes you mute the volume of the music in game, then put your spotify on your second monitor.

Hard to use another monitor when you only have one! Yes, I only have one attached since I'm using a laptop.

It'd be awesome if they added something like GTA's Custom Radio.. playing mp3's from your own library.. not a fan of streaming/renting music.
As it is i have a laptop bluetoothed to a portable speaker.. but that doesn't help in the 'quiet' times when i need headphones.
Why this isn't an option in every game that has a 'radio' on PC eludes me..

You have a phone, do you not? Connect it to a bluetooth speaker.
