Driving Permission

We are two people in the hive and we can share crates and stuff. My friend can sit on the passenger's seat but when it comes to driving, he receives the message: "You don't have the permission" or something like that.

Is there a way to give certain permission?
Or is it only bad phrasing and it should say something like "Not the owner of the car"

Yeah but I only found

- Acess to Facilities
- Building
- Storage

All are enabled. What am I missing?
