how can i raid other player base

If you're in pvp server only when someone do a base defence i belive

When player become PvP - "P" button, or he just came from chaotic stone purification, and he is in his house - Base is available to destroy by other meta-human that have PvP activated, if your house are in STORNGHOLD CONQUEST (near Stornghold thats with monsters and loot) territory - they flagged pvp if you came to your house - Your character automatically turn PvP - ON - In that case you need to imediatly move your house to other location or you have the risk that your nice looking base only with one door will be raided by anyone. Cargo Scramble that moves from point A to point B, if cargo stops at your house territory and you somehow TP to your house, if you get PvP from zone - your house is available to raid. Everyone who came to cargo can raid your base. If you found a guys who purify the chaotic cortex in their house - you can tell your warband to raid them easy with rocket launcher's if you carry much people with you and get the materials and loot from that base if you succesfully killed them all, because house is not immune to damage
