Twitch Drop Missing

I earned all of the cosmetic drops from twitch, but a few are missing from my in game inventory. What should I do?

guys just connect with your google account, even if you logged in through steam, and then when they ask for your id you need to check that in game. in game, press esc and click on your profile (top right), and then you should see 9 numbers near you name, thats your Id. I instantly got all the drops

You really don't even have to do that. All you need to do is link your Once Human account to your Twitch. User ID number that is linked to your character and put the server your character is in and then you should have your character displayed. Click on them to link and boom there you go.

Thanks for the help but, as I said, I received only 2 of them in the mail box ingame. the pants, chest and cap are missing...

None of that works. Just get an error

Likewise. I linked the I.D from the game on the official website and it did connect my character, but when checking the mail, nothing came up. In fact going back to the events page says I still need to participate in watching a stream to unlock them. And none of the items are check marked like other items are on the other event pages.

Been days and I havent got my drops. Even emailed support and no response. I have claimed and ticks in Twitch and linked the game....all looks good. Just no drops

I mailed support too since few days, no response too, we are a lot of gamers to have the same problem, their Twitch Drops system is broken, They have to fix it !!!

I won't get anything from Twitch until they add connecting with Steam ID like every other game and hopefully everyone emails the devs to ask them to please add it so we can avoid this BS Hassle, TYVM.

If you haven't already- Install a mailbox on your territory. Should be in there.

Did it of course, but you don’t really need this « physical » mailbox to receive your mails in game… it is pretty much an RP item.
