Twitch Drop Missing

I earned all of the cosmetic drops from twitch, but a few are missing from my in game inventory. What should I do?

I think you have also to link your Google or Twitter or Facebook Page to the Once Human Twitch Drop page, to get the full drops: https://www.oncehuman.game/twitch/

I don't use Google or Facebook & cancelled Twitter account after that platform dieded.
Should be able to connect by STEAM like all other drops I've bothered with for other games because this issue and the semi-wipes is not helping the game.

On the other hand ferst decsenantz (yes mispelled) those devs bungled rewards + drops but ended up giving as they good since that was the only option they could go with, all within a couple days, so at least 1 example of getting things done for the players/customers.

I have same problème, i linked correctly my accounts, get all drops on Twitch, it say Game account Linked, but i didn’t received my drops in my Game mailbox… what can i do ? 😕

Having the same exact issue. All accounts linked and no items in the mail. I unlocked them 4 days ago watching streams

Problem and solution is simple.
Devs just need to link to STEAM just like other games to Keep It Simple.

Twitter didn't die, it just doesn't cater to NPCs these days

Yeah I hope it gets fixed. It's just an outfit, but I like the little things in these games.

I got my drops immediately. Unlike The First Descendant, this game gave me my drops instantly as soon as I claimed them on Twitch; they showed up in mail.

Yeah they need to let us link steam. I put in my information and had used google but I just get an error when I go to link it up. I can't claim my items.

I'm missing the gloves and thumbs up Keychain everything else I got but I only wanted the thumbs up and the gloves everything else I only got bc I like to have everything haha 😅

go on the twitch drop page IN the game and activate it (after linking your twitch account )

same here, claimed them all on Twitch, linked accounts, received only 2 of them. Character name: Actlan, server Europe SV PVE001 - 00055
