Cannot change screens

Whenever I try to play this game on my main gaming screen, I am unable to do anything. Switching the game from the default display to the other one using Windows+Shift+arrows ? Cannot click on any button anymore.
Switching to windowed then manually moving the game on the other display ? Same.
Reverting back to full screen after switching to windowed and moving it to the second display leads to the game going back to the first display.
I do *not* want to change my main display for this one game, as everything I do (including the other games I play at this time) is set up with these two screens being set like this.

I tried using a steam start-up command line, but it did not work. Any ideas ?

why is this the only game that requires this nonsense Starry Studio? it is ridiculous that you cannot select the screen in the display or graphics options!
