Same here, but that's all I've seen other than Mackeral and Sardines.

There's sometimes an event near the docks with that Miriam or margerie or w/e lady which can give you rare fish easier, different kinds of fish give the food you cook with them different buffs. The other ones you can trade to her in exchange for those fish for your aquarium. I think the event can be other places too, if you see Surge of Fish on the map it should let you teleport there.

So far I know of
Mackerel Sardine Barracuda Blobfish(or something) northern pike, etc. There's quite a few and most of them give different effects when you for example cook them or dry them.

Depending on the fish and dish, you gain different bonuses. One may increase your mining speed, while the other may increase your inventory capacity. Alternatively, in a different dish those same fish may reduce stamina consumption and increase move speed.
