how do i join my friends world?

im in the same server but not the same world. i dont want to spend 2 hours on a tutorial when trying to join my friends.

It's has a image of an antenna, if you are by a safe zone they also have one (although unsure if you change world in that one)

Go to deadsviel and use the tower there , its safe and first npc settlement you will find anyway
also the top right world is what you are trying to match of you and your friend
lastly the bases do not get transfered over
