Mary is bugged

it says that i have to talk to Mary, but i can't. I also went to another server to try it and that one bugged out during the tutorial level, making it impossible for me to continue lol.

For anyone wondering, just re-enter the server. That fixes it lol

not for me. tried over and over. I'm lost on this bug. i even created a new character on a different server, and she still wasn't loading in, only the option to speak but it wont let me speak to her. I tried switching to different worlds as well as teleporting and doing multiple other side quests, nothing worked. After i couldn't find anything myself i checked in with their Discord and someone told me it was Phase locked. I checked that and that was blatant b.s. (its the first damn mission, lol and i have friends that play told me its not normal, they even tested it and she shows up for them each time on other servers.) I asked chat in the world and was told to turn off my whispers, that didn't work, turned my graphics down and back up again, that didn't work either. I really hope someone would help me understand why the hell this is broken, at this point i'm curious for science idgaf bout the game at this rate, it would be nice to play i guess if it'd actually let me progress through the damn story.
