Where to find caviar ?

I kinda did everything that i can see on the map , weekly and all loot from most thing .

But i cant find the ingredient to make a purple or higher food for the event quest .
I got one that seems easy but it ask ''caviar'' where can i get it , can i during this week ?

I obtain the formula for caviar from "Integrated Kitchen" in memetics, it need 3 "roe", when you have the recipe the information of the ingredient said "How to get: Obtain from fishing". I have not try to fish to obtain and the only 1 i have came from looting.

Caviar is found fishing. about 1 in every 30ish casts.

Get to memetics and upgrade recipes to max. You will get a lot of purple recipes and makes it much easier to accomplish.

I get caviar with fishing alone. But it takes time.

well i also loot caviar randomly , this post was made at phase 1 and i think caviar was not possible to get unless fishing actualy does it but now it does not matter since everything is unlocked .

yea i was just questing and it apeared in my inventory..
