Construction Cosmetics

Has anyone bought the glass house or other cosmetics? I did but I can't find them anywhere to actually build them... Where are they?

i was puzzled at first too. you build for example a wall, can be wood or stone and then in build mode target it, switch to cosmetics (and not construction tab) and replace the look .. very confusing at first , i know if you build glass roofs over stone roof tiles please let me know if rain gets through it. my glass seems not to be waterproof

How do you "switch to cosmetics"? I can't find that option anywhere.

you can press q und e when building for example a wooden wall und change the look on the fly. look at the bottom of your screen.

its apparently under the print section of the build tab

It is definitely a bit out of the way when selecting a piece to place.
Not to mention, some of the cosmetic pieces look similar to more advanced materials like stone (because the icons are teeny-tiny).

Helpp!! I’m having the same issue I bought the skin but when I go place down a foundation it says the skin is locked, not sure what to do. When I go to prints I see the skin there
