How to fix black crosshair in third-person?

So basicly my crosshair is the same color as the ground its either grey or black and i can't aim very well at night since i can't see it,
i asked my friends and they're crosshairs are white i've tried looking for a setting to change the color but theres none.

If you haven't figured it out yet (and for those that stumble on this question with the same issue): Try changing the crosshair thickness. Setting it to anything larger than 3 made it appear normal for me.

Check your resolution and enable V-Sync. It does the trick, oddly enough.
