Banned from Beta "prohibited Behavior"

Been playing the Beta for a month now and logged in to collect daily stuff and was perma banned. No Idea why. is anyone else hearing about this happening? they also say to contact support if I disagree but there is nowhere to contact anyone

*EDIT* Just checked and its just my one character that is banned, I can swap to a different server and play a new character.... My character was named Hugh_Mungus, which as far as I know isn't bannable?

it's not though lol I use it all the time in china based games and its never been a problem. unless someone reported me for my name for some reason but even then its just like get me to change it or something. also why would they let me play for over a month and then ban me for the name lol. that makes no sense

Knew what I was doing? I wasn't doing anything, it's just a username? its a really stupid username sure but not worth a perma ban

The profanity filter can be be pretty sensitive too.. bypassing that might have done it.

Considering you literally already admitted on Reddit that you were running cheat engine... I think its pretty damn obvious why your character was banned.

The real question... Is why was only your character banned and not your whole account. That should definitely be fixed.

You should really try reading a post before commenting. Ont eh reddit I mentioned that I have Cheat Engine installed on my computer, not that I was running it at the time of playing or using it on the game. there is a very significant difference between these two things.

I did not mention it here because it wasn't even on my radar of why I would get banned because I wasn't even using it, and as far as anyone can tell, they aren't using any anti-cheat or software that detects all the files on your PC and checks for "cheating software"

I stand by the fact I did not cheat, I did not manipulate game files, I did nothing wrong, and yet they finally responded and simply said "we determined the ban was justified" I was STILL PLAYING on an alt the entire time afterwards with no problem, and I even ran CE actively while on the alt intentionally to see if ti would trigger it and nothing. so this has been roundly debunked. Still no idea why the original character was nuked though
