Clear Minded buff is bugged?
It says it prevents sanity loss for 30 minutes but I'm still losing sanity. Is this another bug?

it only prevents sanity loss for your character, in game

It prevents environmental sanity damage, enemies can still deal sanity damage to you so avoid taking hits from enemies that deal sanity damage.
