Battle Pass Item Missing ?

I've fully completed the battle pass and I've also purchased the advanced battle pass that was $25 , I noticed the spider assassin profile theme is locked and the info for how to unlock it states " obtained from battle pass " . Am I missing something or was this not included in the current battle pass ?

I believe you should have an item in your inventory that you use to then unlock it.

Also didn't receive the theme, so I decided to contact support where they didn't really help much and I'm still missing the theme so I'm unsure what to do now :/

I hope you still clicked the "claim all" button before creating a topic?

Same problem, and the support told me that the Theme isn't in the Battle Pass, soooo, i'm a bit confused about it tbh

A similar problem, with today's update, the theme has also disappeared from the selection in the profile settings. I write to tech support via a bug report, they replied that they had passed the information to the responsible people and it was a few days ago. Obviously, it should have been supplied with the rest of the items, just as it happens in other sets. I don't know where else to report this.

Technical support response from Discord:
"Please allow us to clarify that the  "Theme: Spider Assassin" items are not obtained through the Battle Pass, but rather by participating in the event."

A detailed response could not be received. In my questions, I pointed out that the description of the item says "you can get it from a battle pass," but this did not work.
The saddest thing is that this theme does not appear in the description of the battle pass, it seems that it was added to the game but forgot to add it to the rewards.
It doesn't seem to get anything out of them.
