Also to answer this, we've tried spam reports using a spare account, the system has an auto ban function if enough people report you for even uttering a letter. Depending on the amount it can go up to 30 days as far as we've tested.
It's lazy, primitive and very exploitable, as long as enough people hate you enough for it, they could keep you permanently banned for as long as they manage to get the chance of reporting you, or if you get targeted by ill-willed individuals, definitely a thought for the mind.
Ahh......... unless you said something controversial like Hitler or T******* square level statements idk how the heck that'd happen. Best just take your leave, you dodged a bullet, not lose an opportunity
WTB use of 3280 CRYSTGIN 7M EL
WTB GLASS WALLS expansion pack 6M energy links
Looking for a friend to gift me the GLASS WALLS expansion pack; in return, I’ll gift you 7M energy links.
From my perspective, the devs are getting their money, and I’m simply trading in-game items for in-game items. In my eyes, that’s not RMT. I’ve played other games like LOTRO, Guild Wars 2, ESO, and RuneScape 3, where as long as the devs get paid, in-game trades are not considered RMT.
Apparently, some German streamer told their viewers that the devs wanted these kinds of messages reported, and they mass-reported me, leading to my mute.
Since I felt I did nothing wrong, I reached out to support to ask why I was muted. Here’s the response I got:
Dear player, Thank you for contacting us. After a careful investigation, our team determined that the behavior relating to your account violated our policy. Therefore, your account will remain muted. We remain committed to ensuring a fair and healthy game environment for all of our players. Thank you for your understanding. If you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us by tapping Settings-Help and Support-Contact us to submit your issue. Thank you for your continued support!
This response wasn’t very helpful, so I decided to ask how long the mute would last. And the reply?

It was the exact same copy-paste response. So, was my case even reviewed? It sure doesn’t feel like it. Is there real customer support, or is it just automated responses?
After spending over 700 hours in the game, I’m now wondering: Should I stoop to the same level as others and start mass-reporting people with the help of my friends to force the devs to address this issue? I don’t want to, but maybe that’s the only way to get a response.
Is it across the account? ie can you make another character and talk with that one?
