no. They wont fix the glaring issues in the game as it is. Why add more to their spaghetti code?

if you dont want to have a horse then simply choose not to in game, just because some people dont want it, dont ruin it for those of us who do. the game is made to where if you want to tame animals you can.. if you dont, then you dont have to. if you want a jeep, you can make one, if you dont, then you can make a bike or car. same with horses, its an option not a necessity.
