Resonance mods on pants not showing vs. resonance mods on gloves?

I happen to land on some good rolls for pants:

I wanted to combine it with the ones I got for my gloves:

However, I was wondering why the gloves mod was the only buffs that show up when I test it on the dummy. When I remove the gloves mod and leave the pants mod, none of the resonance buffs show up. Not sure if it's just a visual bug or the buff on the pants mod just doesn't work. Tried removing/equipping but it seems that the one on gloves are just the ones that show.

EDIT:

The pants mod resonance buffs do not show up on character stats either - no changes in crit and weakspot damage percentage. I have tried both with the gloves mod OFF as well as ON. Gloves off = no change in %. Gloves on = Only gloves stat applies.
