Change your base to another world

Example I’m in the world 11 and my friend in the 2 can I switch my base to his world ? Because I can’t delete it to rebuild in his world

Go to your friend's world and press B > Z, you can then place your entire base down.

You can never "delete" your base, just move it. But yeah, as Valykai said, you can switch to your friends world and just move the territory in build mode.
