Welp i decided to try to support the game because i wanted the outfit. I logged off earlier today at 60 Crystgin, i log back on and -860 and no real way i can reach any Customer support. beside their useless AI. lovely.

Its not a right or wrong thing. Its a understand who and what you are dealing with thing. Dont spend any real money on such games till they are well established. This game is still in the Flash in a Pan stage.

Imagine if the devs just said we ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and gave you extra currency keep it as an apology for the inconvenience we will do better next time. I strongly urge everyone in the negative keep it their don't give them money for free.

exactly what I am doing and the 4 dollars I did spend just to be nice I will be disputing if they don't make it right. They will not get a dime from me.
The only right thing to do is take the items back and make it all even to what they had before it all happened

At this point the real right thing to do is eat the loss and do better next time. I had 900 from their mistake I spent didn't get anything i wanted so I bought more and i doubt they can tell what i got from the "duped" currency and what i got from the money I spent. If they can tell what was gained by their mistake I agree take it back and set me to zero if that's not an option do better in the future.

The funny thing is that this has probably happened to so many players that they've decided it's not worth the effort to take back the items the Crystgin was spent on and gave players negative Crystgin instead.

On the other hand, this is probably just part of NetEase' strategy considering this isn't the first time this has happened.

I bought the biggest pack to buy some cosmetics left couple of thousands for future purchases. Loot boxes rolled in so i went with 'a lets spend the rest'. It felt kinda more than I remembered but bro aint no way Im giving that amount back for their mistake, I would not buy a loot box if i had to top up :D

It's their system that failed, numerous factors can lead a player into thinking that their transaction didn't go through and attempt again with said "free currency".

It is on them, it is their loss, not the consumer. They made the system, the framework, and it involves real money being taken from the consumer for their completely make believe currency with virtual assets.

It's why I said, IF YOU EVER SEE EXTRA CURRENCY.
Do note the wording here: EXTRA CURRENCY.

If it SUDDENLY APPEARS then there's something wrong.
If you didn't pay for 400 currency and suddenly got it outta nowhere then somethings wrong.
Common sense.
If you paid for 200 and suddenly have 400, obviously somethings wrong.
Either you got double charged which you should check, there's an event which you should check OR something weird happened.

While I do know that's a thing I posted the answer to that in a diff discussion re posting it here

"The thing is, the game has so many inconsistencies that you can never really track how much is gone and how much is received in so many cases; specifically with oil refinery perk it currently lists 35 ore and 10 fuel each craft, but it takes 50 and 15 respectively, another one being the red plasma with the +2 perk explicitly saying that they work together but doesn't for some reason.

Devs are clearly at fault consistently and had no intentions of rectifying them in any way. If this was a 1 time thing then maybe, but even for the smallest things they keep doing it and it's boohoo for the player that suffers the consequence everytime. You make a big decision of getting something that explicitly states what it does (specializations) and then find out that it doesn't even do it, yet they don't answer for those faults now do they?

Their negligence should be paid with their loss. People keep comparing this to a bank, but a bank has to consider economical interests and is justified. THIS IS A GAME, THERE IS NO ECONOMY OR ACTUAL LOSS BESIDES THE PLAYER

People getting free money in their bank accounts is definitely something they can't easily allow, but in a digital "GAME" like seriously?

People keep saying "Ohh they can't unless they give it to everyone" You greedy men, unless you're in on the blessings, you care nothing about the affected people which are victims in the first place. You of course pay reparations for the victims, they were wronged, but to say "What about us that weren't wronged?" If people get hurt because of a company's negligence, they are forced to pay for their expenses and make up for it, do they also have to pay for everyone else that didn't get affected? Greedy men, if only your parents raised you better you wouldn't be such human garbage.

Add this to the fact of their recent fiasco of 100% disregard for player effort and experience, marketing in game for players to earn with limited currency, "builds" to enjoy their product showing that it does this and that and inadvertently nerfs it and turns them into garbage worth less than a quarter of their original state and move on with it. Multiple bad practices after another, this should not pass

id becareful with disputing because it might flag your steam account as fraudulent. even if you are in the right to dispute
