How do I find specific weapon mods?

I'm following this guide:

But every guide out there is the exact same.

I just ran gaia cliff monolith and got flame resonance twice and munitions (precision), according to the guide gaia cliff is not supposed to drop those mods.

Is there a way to reliably see what drop pool a monolith has in terms of mods?

Monoliths only drops weapon mods. In the description, it'll tell you which weapon mods drops from which boss. Armor mods drops from silos. In the description, it'll show a picture of the armor piece that the mod will drop for.
