Wire / Water Pipe management screen?

Patch Note... "You can now easily disconnect electrical wires and water pipes from the Wire / Water Pipe management screen."

Where's the management screen? or is it bugged?

It only manage the wire/pipe that directly connected to that machine. If im not mistaken then press H while near them,otherwise there should be a new prompt when you are close to it.
