Mod part question
This game makes me feel so dumb.
My Mod Tab shows I have 4 weapon mods and 5 armor mods.
My backpack "Special" Tab shows I have 26 weapon mod PARTS and 22 armor mod PARTS.
Can someone please explain how I access or see these mod parts? Are they automatically assembled and show up in my Mod Tab?
