Things that DO synchronize between characters:
Battle Pass unlocks (Paid and free track)
Shop skin purchases
Shop furniture purchases
Personally, my “Battle Pass unlocks (Paid)” does NOT synchronize with my various characters.
I was able to equip the spider agent set on my alternate character
You should have gotten a mail telling you to log in on all of your characters so that things could sync. After that, log out of the game and then log back in.
I haven't received any e-mail asking me to connect to my various characters. Maybe I'm wrong, but I think I've figured out how it all works.
Let me explain, first you need to complete the battle pass, if you haven't already done so, on the character you bought with.
Afterwards, when you log on to the other characters, you'll NEVER see the paid track of the battle pass unlocked. However, even before you've completed it, you'll have the full paid track on all your characters, if you look closely at your inventory.
I just noticed this last night.
In appearances, on all my other characters, I have the spider hunter set as well as the expresions, and for the furniture you'll find them directly in construction mode.
Not an email. Your mailbox in the game. Specifically, build a mailbox because mine didn't show up until I checked the physical one.
