Access card bug

Anyone else facing an issue when using rosetta access cards V1/V2?
The door animation opens but there's a copy of the door clipped in. Cant access mystical crates in wild dog isle and gaia research centre.
tried restarting game/pc and switching worlds but they dont help

Its happening in multiple locations, with or without cards.

yes, I can't get into the elevator in Mirage Monolith. Ricci Securement Point have a this problem in a mystical crate

Had this issue with Aidens Bunker after using the keycard.

Yes same, card gets consumed but door won't open so can't access mystic crates behind some doors.

im not sure if they hot fixed it, but have you guys done the devils in the details main quest? It tasks you to go to the gaia research center and i was able to use the access cards properly during the quest

change the world =) I play in 1 World, problem fixed in 9 world

It's three months later, and still having this issue. I have several v two cards and the terminal says I don't have any.

Yes I have and its annoying since season goals doing settlements task on so many location cant get done, since one or two crates are locked behind with these cards.
