Vehicle Permissions?

So, I just began this new season today(I have played for multiple) I selected simplified for the task mode but now I have no access to vehicles. It's telling me "No Vehicle Permissions" despite placing a territory terminal, making a garage. Talking to Wendy or maisley does nothing. How can this be fixed?

I didn't think the player had to. She gives you the motorcycle, it should be yours after that and automatically in your garage. It's been a little while since I've done that quest so I don't perfectly remember.

I have never seen that quest on simple mode. Honestly it is really easy to build the motorcycle. Takes no time at all

The first bike is part of a quest, you choose the simple Part without quests so you dont get the free one.................

I"m not sure what you mean by "simple mode", it's just the quest you do. Did you happen to build your bike before the quest or do you not do the quest?

You need to go to your garage and craft each individual part for the bike then you can craft the whole bike. In simplified mode it doesn’t prompt you or tell you to do this. Very confusing.
