Lunar Event - Lucky Paintings

Hello ^^
I try to get an answer for my question but i could´nt find any solution yet :(

I try to get the lucky painting from the lunar event. it says i need to collect 4 event cosmetics but i cant tell what i need to collect (if i click it it just brings me back to the event start page).

Event cosmetics are: Twilight guardian shoes, pants and shirt(top) and a sticker (like a decoration on a gun)
problem is you have 99% that you only going to get one of those as pity gatcha mechanism, so every 10 chest opened. So you need to open 40 chest to finish this colection and get that painting.
Problem is majority of "lucky crates" are rewarded with other paintings.. and those paintings are rewarded for "colecting sets". that you need to pay $$$ for. 1 sets can be bought from store directly, one is a reward from battle pass, one is even worse cos its a drop from loot crate (so absolutly random drop)

F2P players can in reality only colect 1 painintg and pray to havens to maybe, just maybe somehow colect all 4 "event cosmetics", but like i said -there is not enough crates in whole event right now - i didnt even get a second pity yet, and im only missing 2 crates from first week of Wacky driving (btw all weeks after that only give you points, no crates even when you never "colected" before, i call a bullshat)

I got all the paid stuff and exhausted all sources of boxes so far and only today did I get the third piece out of four for the painting.

At this point, unless they provide more boxes during the “mysterious event” it’s unlikely that you’d get the painting even IF you pay.

I mean at least now i know what the cosmetics are that i need to collect.
Boar... i am a little bit disapointed ngl xD
i didnt thought they put almost everything behind a paywall or behind rng (and most times my rng luck is´nt the best anyways : / )

I don’t think it has much to do with RNG here. It’s vastly skewed toward needing the pity so only a select few will get the 4 gear pieces without that.

I read elsewhere that you apparently get more boxes if you rank high in the events but… The combat one is a no go at this point unless you have 6* gear, parkour one is hardly realistic too since people have optimized their routes at this point. Not too sure about the racing one.

Same on race, they find a way to collide with a ton ♥♥♥♥ of animal and get something around 8k point. Also the event are just pay to partecipate, because the only free things they give us are worthless skin or cosmetics that no one will ever use. Or just some deviants with a different color that are worthless, since we have allready 5-5 of that type probably. The event it's just for them, becase they get fast cash, so they celebrate

im in the same boat i have legitly EVERYTHING collected sitting on 3/4 pieces and the ONLY OTHER source of lootboxes is from the Parkour and Racing ranking... which unless your top 10 your eff'd and and maybe even then... 1st place gets 5 boxes...

and i tryed and tryed and tryed and tryed the racing crap and i dont get how people do the EXACT same path and have 10x more points then me...

and parkouring i doubt i could get much quicker not even sure how the heck people manage that one...

going to be overwhelmingly pissed off to not get the last two paintings when i have all the payed ones like holy crap DEV's seriously? -_-

Yeah, exactly that. But it’s even worse than that. You don’t need top 10, you need top 3. Like… I got my third piece on the second to last box I got IIRC. So that means I still need 9 for the pity.

To get these, I’d need to rank 4~50 in the personal and team racing and combat event, and parkour. If I can’t do that, I’d need to rank 3 in any of these.

But either way, that’s just not happening. Same experience as you with the race event. I did the exact same route as the top performer for the racing event, yet didn’t get anywhere as close and still 400 points off or so.

Combat ? You need 6* gear and insane mods for that, because those who scored those 2.XX runs most certainly did.

As for the parkour event… Yeah no. This is just torture.

So yeah, once again, unless they actually give more boxes for the remaining event, we’re not getting that last painting. The event being paid only is already bad enough, but that only giving you a CHANCE to actually get the last painting is plain betrayal by the devs.
