Questions about blueprint enhancement
Can anyone explain what exactly gets enhanced? Obviously the stats go up, but is that for all craftable tiers (I, II, II, etc) or is it only for your current highest craftable tier?? And do blueprint enhancements carry over to the next season, or do they reset too?

it's across the board.

blueprints are also kept between seasons as they serve as the longterm progression goal for the game.

anything related to blueprint/ formula can be carried across seasons. If you upgraded the rank (stars) of a weapon, that weapon (no matter t1 or t3) will have that number of stars. So upgrade rank first before calibrating to lvl 10 for your weapon. You can also transform bp rank of weapon A to any other weapon.
