(a) Manibus = 6 phases, PVE, East Nalcott map
(b) Way of Winter = 5 phases, PVE, North Nalcott map
(c) Evolution's Call = 6 phases, PVP, East Nalcott map
(d) Prismverse's Clash = 5 phases, PVP, East Nalcott map
Each scenario has their own mechanics and story (though the PVP ones are more like modified versions of Manibus).
New scenarios will be added as the game develops. Next ones are scheduled for Q3 2025.
Each phase is about a week and the last phase is 4 weeks.
Phase 1 opens half the map.
Phase 2 opens the full map.
Phases 3 to 4/5 opens up new difficulty of dungeons and server-wide goals.
Each phase also opens up more personal season goals to do.
The last phase then runs for a total of 4 weeks which is meant for you to do whatever you want to do in the scenario but you have the option to jump to another server and start a new scenario (including the same 1). At the end of the 4 weeks, the server shuts down and you either choose a new server or be sent to Eternaland.
In the new scenario, you reset back to level 1 and all resources are sent to storage. Your base is also gone. You can choose to play on Simplified mode or Complete mode, the former speeds up progress by making any quest you already done for that scenario into just a "go to location and press F for rewards" mission.
You are also given 20k points to pull resources that were sent to storage. It is not enough to pull full set of weapons and armors, but more than enough to pull any materials you have a shortfall of, assuming you play the new scenario normally (i.e. still going to towns to collect loot and do missions).
Eternaland is a pocket dimension you can access at anytime and is actually where the resources are sent to. You can build stuff there without actually needing resources (except astral sand which is what any credits you collected in the past season will be converted to).
Ah yeah. Great suggestion. If I had known early on about the wipe, I would have. Thanks. :)
Good to know. Thanks again!
I get that. And it is only a game and everything ends eventually.
Thanks so much for the very thorough explanation. I appreciate it very much. I get the game refreshes and I can be okay with that. Honestly, the one thing that I am annoyed with is that I will lose my base. I spend a lot of time working on that building it up and making things work on creative ways. It's fun! I actually like that aspect of the game more than I like the exploration and fighting.
I've seen some people talk about saving their base blueprints? I hope there is something to that.
its not a full wipe, you keep a lot of the progress and bring some things from season to season.
the game is not really time demanding, in fact when i was motivated and had a free time in the early game cycle i was bored to death because the game somewhat even stops you from grinding in insane ways.
so in those 6 weeks if you are a organized person you can do with like maybe 4 hours in the first week and then 2 hours in the follow up weeks to basically get ALL the freebie rewards and content.
its really a forgiving game in that regard and often people are also willing to help you with tasks and things before the end if you ask. because a lot of the excess materials or ingame money are not needed between servers.
Yeah, that makes sense. Good information. Thanks!
It was announced for this quarter (most likely late feb/march). They are currently doing closed beta tests for it right now.
Judging by the issues that are happening right now, most likely March as there's a few issues that the testers are running into.
