Advanced combat opctics

Anyone know where I can get this weapon accessory? Neither the in game tip nor anything I've found online has been accurate to how to acquire it.

You mean the purple one for sniper rifles? When I got this it was still at the hospital where you had to make the two rooms match up as a puzzle, but they've moved it somewhere else now. Apparently that location gives you the shotgun brake now, so I'll just guess that the ACO is in the place where the shotgun brake used to be, which is at co-ordinates:

6511, -5231 (Dayton Wetlands)

And go through the portals in the order of: Blue, Green, Yellow.

If that's not it then I don't know either, they moved stuff around so all the guides are wrong now lol

I'll try that shotgun brake location (yeah, I had tried the hospital, too). Thanks for the help, regardless of how things turn out.

Edit: Well, it was worth a try. Got some ciphers out of though, so it wasn't a loss (though I'd have sworn I'd already gotten that one deviant before...).

If anyone else has an idea where this part is, I'd be grateful.

I've checked and recheck Meyer Market, gone through ever NPC that'll talk to me. The Advance Combat Optic is not there, regardless of what the in game tip says. Once Human really is a mess that's barely being held together.

It's sold by Zhao Jintan in Meyer's market, i know because i bought it a couple weeks ago and have been using it.
Just went back to double check and yep, its there.

I don't know how I missed that NPC despite scouring Meyer's repeatedly (hell, the merchant indicator still didn't show up right away this time either),but I finally got the mother ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Scope.

Because the scope I really want is in Way of Winter. This is the next best with the set up I've made.
