Motion Sickness
This is the first time I've ever gotten Motion sickness from a game. I did a google search and apparently other people who never got motion sick before , also become motion sick form this game.
Anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

You might want to check what's in your pipe.

It could be your Field of View settings (FOV)

A few things that can affect motion sickness for gamers:

Motion blur
Head bobbing
Motion physics into camera movement (gunsway, reticle movent etc.)
Screen shake (enviroment immersion)
Field of View
Camera distance
Camera distance snapping --> This game is notorious on distance snapping.
Regular view, 3rd person aiming, 1st person aiming. Even during a roll the camera often zooms out by a little, then retracts on the end of the roll.
Lighting and lumen
This game can be bright, like staring into the actual sun. DayZ also has this. Squenting eyes while distracted or focused on something could result in motion sickness or a forehead headache that feels similar to a starting migraine.

I'd recommend visiting the advanced graphics options and start dialing one down after another. Give it another attempt.

It's a UE5 game so it's very susceptible to input lag. If your display supports higher refresh rates then use those, disable VSYNC, and enable NVIDIA Reflex + Boost.

Oh, and raise your FOV. There's no specific setting for this in the game but the "camera distance" setting does something similar.

Something had to have changed in the last 30 days as well.
I never had a problem before with this or any game.
BUT, the last couple of weeks it has been nauseating before I get used to whatever is going on. Takes about 10 - 15 minutes of play though.

My motion blur and camera intensity are off, so I think it's something specific with the game.
:( hopefully they know about it and fix it

i never had motion sickness here but i had insane motion sickness on elden ring.
make sure you look at the center dot more or make it bigger and had fps on 60fps at least to avoid motion sickness

Settings:
Screen Shake Intensity - 0
Camera Distance - 100
Camera Height - 0
Camera Auto Follow - Off
Camera Auto-follow During Melee Attacks - Off
Environment Follow - No
Vehicle Camera - Off
Change FOV with Vehicle Speed - On or Off up to you, Off will make camera shake a lot during driving though, so I left it On.
Interaction Response - Very Fast
Crosshair Display - Always
Fixed Mini Map - Map Orientation Fixed

Frame Generation - On if you had good GPU
Nvidia Reflex Low Latency - On
Motion Blur - Off
