solar powered generator locked
I have everything I need to open a solar powered generator but it appears locked in a yellow circle and it doesn't say what I need to do to open it. What should I do?

Go to your Memetics and unlock it.

Also; you need to defeat (iirc) the 2nd boss in order to unlock it... it's tied to a nova class deviant.
