There is a point. What's the point of posting their names if they are censored? If they're going to censor the cheaters' names then I don't want them to post anything about it. Ruins the whole purpose.

They said I was bug abusing, but all I did was mass build structures in prime wars to grief the server I was on cause the clannies were always talking crap, bullying, and mass reporting. So I took revenge and locked the server out of prime wars.

Due to my actions, devs made some changes and now a single player can't hold an entire server hostage during prime wars anymore.

Therapy is a scam. Also defending ones self from the bullies (clannies) is based, and something to be proud of.

To prevent cyber bullying, obviously. Just because they cheat in a game doesn't mean people are allowed to harass them in other games if they happened to use the same character/acct name.

What if they suddenly decided after being banned in this game they decided to not cheat anymore while using the same name in another game?

They are banned on this game so move on along.
