Power Surge in pvp?

I new to pvp, it seems ridculously stupid op....is there a counter to it? Or is it just...pvp.

I have heard the same. This is why I avoid PvP generally.

I'm run the Critical Pulse build and try my best to mind my own business. But if a person decides they want a fight I'll give them one to remember.

Just other day someone came running in guns firing while I was minding my own business. A single tap in their chest with single shot from my Critical Pulse Crossbow. Dropped them right where they stood at that giving time.

Once I downed them they got right back up and kept trying to kill. Again single shot in their chest dropped them right where they stood. That happened like 8 times before they decided they had enough. At which point I went back to doing my own thing.

Yeah...then they'll equip that to get you next time. Do you not understand wtf is wrong with the game? Why have assault rifles, smgs, rocket launchers, sniper rifles, shotguns when a stupid crossbow eletrical build does instant death, with a lighting pulse that follows you.
