Cross character sharing
They said it should be implemented already, but I can't see all my blueprints on my characters. Am I missing something?

I have heared that about different time releases, but as I understood, 28th was the last date of the updates... I guess I missunderstood

ALSO guys... you have to log in with EVERY character to activate their assets as cross shared (it just happens automatically once you log them in).

In my case, I only have 2 characters. One was in a scenario, my main character. My other character was currently not in a scenario. So all I had to do was take that character to eternaland by clicking "scenario sign up" and all of the shared stuff became enabled.

I didn't notice anything missing, although as another commenter already mentioned, they are still in the process of implementing those changes until after today, iirc. So, tomorrow the 29th supposedly it should all be done.

If you haven't tried this, you should... because that's probably why you don't see your other mods or bps

AND ALSO MAKE SURE TO RE-EQUIP YOUR MODS TO YOUR CURRENT BUILD lol.... because you'll enter the game and none of your mods will be equipped. You'll notice probably right away as soon as you shoot something.

It was originally the 29th on the notices, then changed to the 28th. Not sure exactly what happened there but seems like it will be rolled out in 3 parts instead of just 2.

Also as another guy mentioned, the mods will be unequipped from your gear when switching characters.

*To help alleviate this just make a Save of your Character Gear Loadout in the gear screen, bottom right I believe has shortcut keys to open for saving. Then you can load it all at once at next switch.

I would assume this is because they have not found a good way to sync them between multiple characters yet, thus being required to log in to each to resync.
Would likely be to prevent things such as dupe glitches or just missing mods, since if you have the same mod being used by two different characters, but then upgrade/scrap on one character then the other would have to have a way of knowing the mod was no longer viable as it was.
Seems a quick fix to a problem that hopefully gets better addressed later.

So, if we're missing blueprints we should just wait for em ?..
it's the 30th today and I am still missing some of my blueprints..

So my understanding is that the character on your account with the Highest Blueprint Collection Level was used. This is seen when you go into blueprints, shown on the upper right in numerical value. This also leads directly to your blueprint reward track.

Now there are a lot of people very upset about this, because they had different characters with different builds so they lost a LOT of STARS overall. On the surface this seems to be worthy of being upset over, however there are some caveats that I believe caused the developers to push this direction with the merge.

One being that there have been a great many exploits used for months on end that allowed players to gain very high blueprint levels, in the 300s and more even. This would not have happened nor be a common occurrence naturally, it is acquired solely by using particular methods to power level your blueprints.

There are also people that exclusively used the x2 bonus of matching BPs to gain the highest collection levels possible. This is done by not prioritizing star levels, but instead overall exp gains. This method also uses a great deal less star swapping while exp pushing.

Now even if this doesn't apply to the majority of players, what the developers have done is a considerable amount to compensate for this. Firstly, the exploitations have been going on since the game held its first non-full-wipe beta. Probably more than not are just alt accounts, which as of now are almost entirely irrelevant and useless anyways.
Even so the developers chose the lesser of two evils for the majority's sake to allow each account to keep its highest acquired blueprint collection and its set of blueprints. The highest overall EXP was retained, in lieu of having a great many people have their exploited gains consolidated into an over capped amount of blueprint fragments or stars.

Also, the sharing system is now account wide meaning up to 10 characters per account now progress the same overall character 'power', including collected mods.
We also now have a much easier method of acquiring said mods, with higher ratings to boot.
The methods used before, even if the gains through efforts across multiple characters produced solid gains, there has actually never been less of a need for any of it.

18 total star swaps per account.
You recover enough used swaps per week to completely swap all armor out.
Each character on your account can craft the swapped set, and another a week later.
They have given enough starchrom (+extra swaps and even selectable wish pools) to definitely get back your overall 'highest' star rating on a gear set.

Doing this any other way would have created an even greater disparity between certain players collection levels, as well as rewarded further those that exploited the systems intentionally. It may feel sucky to some, but it took less than 300 hours from a fresh account with no help to get a full set of 6 star gear before the new asterism system.
It is far quicker and laughably easier now than ever before.

I know it probably isn't what you, or others would like to hear but it's at least the best answer to your question as I can give. Beyond any of this as your loss though I would seek support via the in game function. They respond fairly quickly and as long as you are able to provide any proof they may require (screenshots with uid etc), they are very good about restoring. Hope this helps.

does this work across regions or do different regions not count toward sharing?
