Mods dont work / Can't talk to Emma/ Cabin

1. Any mod put on looks like it worked and takes the energy needed but is not there.
2. Emma is not working.
3. I purchased the Florivox Cabin. The color is not like a cabin. It is so orange in the game that I do not want to use it. And yes I have a high-end computer so it's not the issue.
