Welcome Back Quest Bug??

Ive been trying to complete this quest since 10 hours ago. i've gotten the festering gel deviant and put it in its securement unit. But the quest ask me to approach the territory terminal and press J to view the Nova deviant. I pressed J, it brings me to the journey and i went every single tab it has but got nothing. It shows press F to purify nova deviation as well. nothing happens. can someone enlighten me pretty pleasee
