Tamed Animal
Why won't my tamed crocodile eat? They're just drinking, even though I gave them their favorite food. Any ideas how to fix that?

It probably has to do with the fact that their hunger bar is full. They won't eat if they're not hungry.
Also, you're better off not feeding them fish, but using the crafted foods as they (iirc) provide more tameness per meal or something to that effect.

They do eat though, since they're full. Maybe they eat the Meat Pellet Feed. If you replace them you'll have to wait for their fullness to reduce before they'll go to eat.
Furthermore, if you let your crocodiles roam free and have access to water from your base they'll drink automatically once they start to swim, no matter the percentage.
This can lead to always full hydration and changing numbers in nutrition and the impression that something's off.

That probably explains why I haven't seen them eat anything else, they definitely prefer those meat pellets. Thanks for the insight.

Appreciate the tips! And just wondering, do crocodiles typically hunt and eat independently if they're allowed to roam freely?
