Recognizing crit weapons

I see people mentioning crit builds a lot, but when I look at weapons, they often have a low crit value, compared to what I am used to seeing.. Is there a good "rule of thumb" to recognize weapons that are better for crit builds?

It's all about the weapon keyword effect. For example the Corrosion Power Surge can crit, and upon Power Surge it increases your crit chance. So it's a snowballing effect where PS -> crit -> PS crit.
