How to farm meat

Is there a good spot or method to farm meat? I need alot of meat to make meat pellets to feed my animals. my only method for now is to hunt and kill bear at the bear cave from Chalk peak.

The best way is getting lethal rabbits. They will farm a lot of meat for you. You can get them by killing regular rabbits at random or buying them from other players.

Yeah I have 6 lethal rabbits on full mood and power but dont give me enough meat unfortunately..

Look for Interactive maps that have the Animal Spawn points marked. I don't remember the exact locations off the top of my head, but there are places all over the map (both Manibus and Winter) where herds of 10-15 deer will spawn moderately quickly. West of Sutherland Chemical Plant, just north of the lake is where I seemed to end up a lot.

the first starter area, over the bridge near ther first town, there at least 20 deeer constantly respawning as you move around, they move around in groups of 4-6 and you get the odd rabbit too, you can easily make more than you should need very quickly, i made over 100 in about 25mins while gathering leather for making pickaxe's

I typically only mix my meat into the feed if it's going to go bad soon or at the end of a day when I don't want my meat to spoil. They eat it so fast and also sometimes is a favorite so they tame faster!

Easiest way I find is to look for a place where hostile wildlife like boars (or buffalo in Way of Winter) spawn and plop your territory down there and the boars will come to attack your base every time they spawn. Then either build a turret or deploy a base defense Deviation like a Nutcracker or two and wait for the bodies to pile up.

If you want my honest opinion, kibble is not worth it. Just feed them raw meat. its what? 10 meat to 1 kibble and it gives the same amount of food. You can pack them back up when not online and throw them back out while you play that way they dont starve and just use raw meat so it gets eaten before spoiling.

Yeah that's not a bad tactic, usually I cook the pellets to feed them overnight. appreciate it

I've read that some people put the animals into their inventory/storage overnight so they don't reduce in hunger.

There's a huge bear cave in the north west corner of chalk peak, takes about 10-15 mins to get 100+ meat.
