How do you even play?

I tried this game on release and it had plenty of servers, maybe i'm doing something wrong but i can only pre-register to play?
What am i doing wrong, literally none of the seasons lets me play and on my main character keeps asking to choose a season.
So literally i cannot play the game, do i seriously have to wait a reset in order to play a videogame?
That's kinda lame if it's true i'll be honest. I didn't have this issue before, hell i never had this issue ever on any game.

Right now there are two "seasons" - Manibus and Way Of Winter - so you'll need to pick where you want to start. I'd recommend Manibus, as it's less janky than WOW and has a way better story progression compared to WOW.

The resets are also forced, which leads to why the player count has been dropping. That's on top of the useless "updates" that (almost) literally nobody asked for.

Skim the lists of available servers. Some are pre-register but others are already in-session. So you just have to look a bit harder at the dates.

No none of the server is avaible all are Sign up for pre register, if i wanted to join a new sever i'd have to make a new character from scratch, my character with BP, currencies and etc is stuck in eternaland, none of the servers are joinable, i tried to look every single season all are full that require a special code to enter.

Edit: I'll just remove the game and play something else, clearly you can't join a season with a prexisting character and honestly i want to play not wait. Real shame.

you can't play .... it's a nonsense to wait for a phase, just for playing .... they need to remork this sh*t ASAP, like Diablo 3 : give us a story server and season server...

Yeah the wait system is annoying. My original character had to wait a week so I made a new character and joined a seasonal server with it but I wasn't enjoying this season so I looked for servers I could join and I was stuck for 3 days then I joined one that said I could sign up on the day it was opened so my character got to instantly join.

I feel like the wording this game uses causes some confusion. Like you could register for a server that will open in a week or register for a server that opened a hour ago.

Inside the server selection menu,

-Click on Manibus(Novice) - I assume you are new
-Click on any of the servers that have less than 10 days in it (I believe you are unable to join a scenario if it is already in phase 2 unless you have an invite code)
-Click play then create your character

This is only if you are starting the game.

If you have a pre-existing character, jump on that character and click sign up.

From the menu there should be some servers that are only day or less days old you can join right away.

Look at the server open in. If the date is a day before today you can join it right away or get an invite code from someone.

The server I am on is currently in phase III if you want to join, just send me a 1:1. I will give you a code and yes we don't need to be friends.

No, not really new, i have a character which i said in the answers, thanks for the offer but i kinda lost interest. Been 2 days i wanted to play but stuck at pre-signing in, it's just a lame system to be honest, was better before.
