Add Way of Winter to Manibus?

Imo the way of Winter scenario should have been an expansion for Manibus.
Week 3, The north opens up and you can go there and deal with the weather if you choose, you have the first 3 weeks of a season to prepare. Make it all lvl 50 and put some items that you can only get up there like deviants, mods and ingredients to entice people, risk/reward etc.
We definitely need more to do in Manibus after about week 3, most people go offline until the next phase or just mil around not doing much in game.
Way of Winter is boring AF as a stand alone scenario. Theres a few decent settlements and 1 new silo, the others are just different versions of existing ones and the Chaos Weavers are just 5-10 minutes of left click.

I thinks the next scenario will be on the whole map of Manibus and WoW without the week limitations, but we will unlock things by the progress all player will do on the global objective.
