Gliding not working

Just start this new game, but I'm not able to glide in the sky and keep falling and get injured. I have tried reset to default keep map but no luck. Is there anything I can try to fix it?

I have two accounts. Running on the same box, the same client, default keybinds, the same *everything*. There's only one difference. One account has the season pass. It can glide. The other has not but got a cosmetic. It can't glide. Re-installing the game as we speak to see if that fixes anything. Will let you know if it helped.
Edit: no it didn't. Still can't glide. EFFING ARSEHOLES

Are you running out of stamina while gliding or just can't glide at all? I see some saying a cosmetic was bugging them out.

It seems to depend on a combination of cosmetic and server. I have 2 accounts (you may be referring to my post) and 4 characters on 2 servers (manibus novice and normal manibus). Only the character on the normal manibus won't glide. While everything apart from seasonal / cosmetic is identical. It's almost as if the novice servers (not the client) got updated/patched and the normal ones not yet.

Originally this bug was caused by changing the glide/vault/jump/mantle key to any other key for any of the options. ie changing the default jump key to another key broke mantle, vault, jump and glide. So the first test would be to reset to default keys and see if it works.

Otherwise make sure your keys/buttons are working correctly, ie it isn't wear n tear damage, check you're not jumping on empty or near empty stamina, ie not sprinting everywhere then trying to jump n glide..

Yeah, thanks, but I did search and all keyboard settings are default. Thing is, it works for 3 out of 4 characters (all with the same settings) so even the cosmetic only borks it on the x0093 server and not on the 00280, where they can all glide regardless. So this makes me believe it's server side. 280 is updated, x93 not yet.

Finally i got it fixed.

Details how I got into this bug:
I customized "crouch" to "ctrl" key and "roll over" to "C" key (basically swap them). After certain of time, gliding stopped working. I was not even touching any related movements default binding with "space" keys.

I tried reset to default, restarted the game, etc., but no luck.

Finally, I decided to reinstall the game with the customized keys I mentioned at the very beginning, and it's working now! My hunch was right and now I can play with my preferred keys and gliding without issues.

I guess if anyone have this issue, and really eager to customized keys. Please try to reinstall the game after changes.

Happy it worked for you. I also re-installed and it still doesn't for me. It's an elusive little bugger.
