Blocked to build Water Pump
Is someone else having issue to build a Water Pump inside your territory?
I already tried to move my house to another place but I'm still blocked to build any Water Pump.
Until yesterday I had no issues building it. something change in the last update that broke my territory.

I don't have such problems, but now instead of water I'm pumping oil, although there was no oil anywhere near the area.:steamfacepalm:

I have the same problem. It is not possible to build a water pump on a foundation. It is not possible to connect pipes to water pumps.

I am also having the same issue... I can ONLY place the large pump on the ground - not on any foundation... but in order to get them to the height I need, I can't place them on the ground. *grrr*

With patch 1.3, a bug in building a Water Pump on a foundation was fixed. Water infusion is built ONLY on the ground.
